HARTSEL, Colo. - A man is facing multiple charges after law enforcement officers seized 57 horses from his property near Hartsel last month, according to the Park County Sheriff's Office.
The suspect, Mark Walker, has been charged with multiple counts of animal cruelty.
The sheriff's office said none of the horses have been euthanized or died. Harmony staff members believe the foals have a chance to be born healthy.
