With another strong snowstorm forecasted for much of IREA's service territory Wednesday and Thursday, we wanted to remind folks that the most effective way to report service interruptions is through our online Outage Center, located at

. There you will find the option to report an outage (you will need your account number) via the website or text message, as well as an outage map that includes estimated times of restoration, when available, for most outages.
If your internet access is limited or unavailable but you still have phone service, call 844-IREA-FIX (844-473-2349).
