The USFS South Platte District has started selling fuelwood permits out of their Conifer office located at 30403 Kings Valley Dr, Suite 2-115, Conifer. Their number is 303-275-5610 if you have any questions.

Rampart Range Recreation Area will be opening Friday, May 17th at 8 AM. We appreciate your patience while we repaired roads, cleared trails and allowed the area to dry enough for travel and recreation. Camping, OHV use, and hiking is all allowed from the access points of Rampart Range Rd, Jackson Creek, Long Hollow and Dakan Rd.
The Devil’s Head Fire Lookout is still currently closed. Continue to check back for updates for more information.
