Jeffco Open Space’s 5-year Plan

Jefferson County Open Space’s Vision to Action framework is the path we use to achieve our long-term vision.

It starts with our mission - what we do, our values - how we do business, and why we do it - to PRESERVE land, PROTECT natural resources and PROVIDE access to nature in a resilient way. This framework is our 5-year Conservation Greenprint. This Conservation Greenprint will shape projects such as the Jeffco Trails Plan, and plans for each of our 27 parks. All of these plans identify specific actions and timelines.

Residents, visitors, volunteers, interest groups and partners help us shape these plans through a robust engagement process. The survey will be open for submissions from October 14-26.
