My husband rolled our white Chevy Trax onto the grass at Mile High church North of Windy Point across from the Intercanyon Fire Dept on Sept 18 close to 3:00. Were you a witness? He has no memory of the accident. He only remembers people beating on the window trying to help get him out. Thank you! The car is on a recall for losing it’s steering but the parts never got sent to repair it . He has a broken sternum. Our attorney would like to know if anyone witnessed what happened. They’ve been monitoring his heart and did an MRI of his brain because they can’t figure out what caused the accident.
