The suit is also going after individual CNN reporters and pundits. I hope we eventually get to find out how much CNN paid the Sandman's to go away. I do hope it inspires the media to think before commenting.

All settlements include a non-disclosure agreement, unless a nincompoop lawyer represents the party paying the settlement. Unfortunately this amount will not surface unless leaked by someone at CNN; but they are good at that, aren't they?
