Hello All...we are in Bailey and have not had cell service all day today (Monday, April 20th 2020) We have Verizon...and no way to report the outage. Just wondering if we are the only ones and/or if anyone has any good suggestions on reporting outages over the web?? Thank you!

I heard from a friend today that there was a large outage due to a fiber optic cable being cut west of Chicago. I hope your service has been restored already though! I tried looking on their website, but didn't see any links for reporting outages. There was a person who commented on one of their Facebook posts about not having service and the admin replied, so perhaps trying that route the next time might work?
