WSJ had a front page article about this today. 10% gain in Denver last year despite the riots and shutdown of most events in Denver last year. This is unsustainable, and they say the tight supply of houses for sale is not going to improve for a long time. I have a realtor buddy crying poor. He can't find any homes to sell.
I have seen a bunch of housing being built in the metro area but the pace of the projects is going slow because of lumber and appliance shortages.
