It doesn't matter what state,city or town....ADD 36,000 DOLLARS to the new domicile. WHAT avg. American can afford that....yes U sell a house for
a large sum of money and THEN U put down DEEP DOLLARS for another...and VACANT LAND is KING...glad we purchased the 1/4 lot adjacent to us.
when we did....would not be able to AFFORD IT NOW.

You have to imagine old sawmills are going to go back into business. I am thinking about having some of our 160 acres logged. The man who homesteaded it supplied ties for the South Park and Pacific Railroad and we have some great pine stands...or I could choose to keep them intact and sell the carbon credits to some oil company.

R THEY HEALTHY? harvesting healthy trees (except for mitigation) is screwing with the climate...the
rainforests R decimated because of clear cutting.
