It seems that some people cannot acknowledge Aspen Park. Some maps I’ve seen designate Aspen park as the area between Meyers Ranch and Aspen Park Ace Hardware. Conifer starting there and continuing toward Kings Valley.
Is there an official government position
Hello Mtnviewdon and welcome to MMT! Good first question to ask, let's dive in.
Aspen Park is a
census-designated place
- "statistical geographic entities representing closely settled, unincorporated communities that are locally recognized and identified by name. They are the statistical equivalents of incorporated places, with the primary differences being the lack of a legally defined boundary and an active, functioning governmental structure, chartered by the state and administered by elected officials."

Aspen Park, Colorado - Wikipedia
Legally, Aspen Park is part of Conifer - the 80433 zip code is used by both, and people can address letters to Aspen Park (or Conifer), but they are officially going to the Conifer post office. As to where it "starts" and "ends", that's open to interpretation. I've seen it used to include only the King Soopers/Aspen Park Village activity center and extending down to the Conifer Marketplace.
Fun fact: Meyer Ranch Open Space Park is at least partly in Morrison. The "Welcome to Conifer" sign on the southbound sign is contained within the Morrison zip code.
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
