Are you aware there are people on oxygen that have no power? We are quarantined. Husband went to work and was sent home because fellow worker has covid. We are stuck. I saw other posts on Facebook asking for extra oxygen tanks. We have portables and stationary. All we can do when they run out is plug into a vehicle. It's also cold. Some of us have such huge medical bills we can't afford luxuries like generators. I hope others have found solutions for their problems. Keep warm and safe.
As of 7:30 p.m., we are at about 12,400 members without service. Crews are working to repair two transmission lines that serve the Conifer area. High winds make the work more difficult, but our field personnel remain highly vigilant of the increased wildfire risks.

I can guarantee that the folks at CORE Electric are very aware that there are people in their service area that are homebound and 100% reliant on power for medical care (and on limited or fixed incomes). That's why they work so hard to get the power back on as quickly as possible even in the worst weather conditions and no matter how long it takes into the night.
