Conifer & Evergreen area Jeffco Public Schools 2hr Delay Feb 3

Schools in the Evergreen and Conifer articulation areas will be on a two hour delay tomorrow, Thursday, February 3, due to the extremely low temperatures. Extra time will be needed to start buses in the mountain areas.


All other JPS buildings & facilities will be open & on a regular schedule. Buses on all routes may run later than scheduled pick up times due to slower navigation of snowy/icy roads. Please ensure students are dressed for the extremely cold weather while waiting at bus stops.

After-school activities including athletics, events, and childcare programs will run as scheduled, unless you are informed otherwise by the school or organization planning the event. Please check your school's social media and website for updates throughout the day.

Our schools are flexible with late arrivals and will always excuse a student absence when called in by a parent or guardian.
