November 9th - Contractor Training for Wildfire Prepared Program

Elk Creek Fire, Inter-Canyon Fire Protection District, Evergreen Fire/Rescue and Genesee Fire Rescue are hosting a contractor training for the Wildfire Prepared program. Training will take place November 9th from 12:30-2:30 at the Elk Creek Fire Station 1 Training Room, 11993 Blackfoot Rd Conifer, Colorado.

The training is intended to prepare contractors to work within the Wildfire Prepared Program. At the end of the training, participants will be able to:
• Explain the purpose and components of the Wildfire Prepared program
• Perform mitigation work according to Wildfire Prepared specifications
• Describe rules for contractors working with Wildfire Prepared

This training is a requirement for getting and staying on the list of Wildfire Prepared contractors.
