New restaurant in Morrison. Taking over the old Cafe Prague location. I believe the owners have a restaurant already in Evergreen. They bill themselves as an Italian steakhouse but I think they are much more. Small menu but very innovative, food pairings that shouldn't work but do. Service was outstanding, a little speedy, about $100 a plate with drinks and appetizers, but a memorable meal for special occasions.
