This concerns the rezoning development along Hwy 285 and County Rd 72.
Meeting will be held at the Platte Canyon Fire House at 152 Delwood Drive on Monday, 10/20/2025 from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.
This development project will affect everyone in the Burland Ranchettes community so please make every effort to attend. Please feel free to also share this invitation to community members that may not be a part of the Burland HOA.
Follow-up meetings regarding this concern will be announced through email and on the BHOA website.
The Board of County Commissioners hearing is scheduled for November 19th, but may change. Please check back on Park County's website for updates.

Burland HOA and residents did a great job last week during the Crow Hill Re-zone hearing. The Planning Commission ran a tight meeting and what could have been a heated, contentious meeting was completed professionally and respectfully.
BOCC put forward a work session agenda last night that includes a "DISCUSSION WITH PLANNING COMMISSION ON BOARD ETIQUETTE". The meeting is scheduled for 10/29. Get the agenda and related zoom link here:

I observed the meeting and did not see ANY breaches of etiquette. What is the BOCC up to? Please attend if possible, to promote county transparency and accountability.
