I've seen Satriani several times and each show is awesome. Years ago my brother got to take a workshop with him in the SF Bay Area. I'm still jealous of him for that. :Crying:
My brother is a world class guitar player too..He used to listen to all that stuff- Al Diemiola (i remember that Return to Forever too TPP) and all the great guitar players..Speaking of that he used to make fun of me when I listened to Ted Nugent and Black Sabbath..He said its crap and anybody can play it, Id say so what, it sounds good, and thats why people listen to music. Nobody wants to hear that frenetic Al Demiola crap except other guitar players- He never did make it, now he's a captain flying for a major airline and playing clubs for free on his days off.
