BAILEY, Colo. -- The little league fields in Bailey are in such bad shape that parents said their kids are actually in danger.
Parents said the county isn't doing enough to fix the problem.
I posted on PC my thoughts on this. The kids are not in danger, far from it. My son played there from T-Ball to High School age. They need to have a field clean up day in my opinion and do fundraisers to make field improvements.
Is there no way the community could not make field improvements or is a fundraiser the only option? Barnraising events do far more than clean up an area, though we do that also.
