I joined NaNoWriMo yesterday - to get myself remotivated. Gives me a month to compile research, and in the 30 days of November, I have to write 50,000 words - or more.
This way, if people pledge anything, I'm going to feel very obligated to keep up my end of it.
NaNoWriMo is National Novel Writing Month - and while it may become a book, I intend to be mainly writing on the airplane bombing here in Denver in the 1950s. I'll publish it in parts on Examiner.com in December.
So, wish me luck - and if you see me here in November, ask me if I've written today - cause I've been in a slump for months now.
Just in case anyone feels the writing bug and needs a prompt - here's the site that nayone can join.
