I just received my new APC UPS. My old APC UPS would not interface with my new computer and this left me exposed to the mercies of the utility company and Mother Nature. The software of my old UPS seemed to have more control features on my computer than this new one. I do hope that the "dummied up" software offers as much protection as the old software version.
My model is a APC BACK-UPS 900VA 120V.
