LH, maybe you can refresh my memory...I recall reading a piece some time ago, similar to 'The
Ghosts of Gettysburg', but dealing with one of the 'Indian Wars' sites -Beecher Island, Sand Creek, Summit Springs- where bugles, galloping hooves and such would be heard on occasion.
Do you know of any such accounts?
