:pop What is your favorite scary movie?
I'm in the mood to watch one. :VeryScared: I was thinking of The Shining. Any ideas?

Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things.
Also, The Changeling (with George C. Scott).
These were the first 2 that popped into my head.
Dead Again (more suspense than a horror movie, but very good).

The Other. It's an old, 1970s movie, but one of the creepiest around without having to resort to massive amounts of gore.

I found this in my search.

Do you agree with the fifty? Invasion of the Body Snatchers in the 70's really scared me. I snuck in and watched it when I was suppose to be sleeping. The Shining & The Excorcist also shared the heck out of me. Willy Wonka??? Huh???

I own that but have not watched it yet. Is it a pretty scary one?
The Others with Nicole Kidman. Love the twists in that one. One of my favorites.

Thirteen ghosts is pretty freaky too.

I thought The Exorcism of Emily Rose was scary because it's based actual events. So it made it a little tough to turn the lights out! LOL! I really liked "The Others". Think I'll have to pull that video out and watch it again. The trailer for Thirteen Ghosts looks pretty scary too!
