Time Traveler caught on 1928 Chaplin film?????

I doubt the time traveler theory but it sure looked like she was talking on a mobile phone.Weird

My question is, since there were no cell towers in 1928, who would she be talking to? Hmmm?

Cell phones (communication devices) are handheld in our current technology. If a technology was advance enough to solve the physics of time travel and walk down a street in 1928 I think they'd have perfected implanted communication devices (estimated to arrive around 2030-2050, or at least have it built into their clothing. They wouldn't be walking around with outdated 2010 technology.
