Y'all are gonna be so sad that you didn't come over for football! EM's made a rosemary mustard pork roast with baby artichokes, shallots and vermouth au jus, Butternut Squash Soup with Pecan Cream, and Spiced Creme Brulee (and chocolate chip cookies as an added bonus!). I've opened a German Dornfelder red to go with it (it's a lot like a pinto noir) and will be sitting down to watch the Cowboys get crushed afterwards. Ah, heaven!

I'll bet it was pretty hard staying glued to that Cowboy game though. We broke out the Wii midway through the third quarter.

Too bad that won't fix the problem - until Jerry Jones learns to stop meddling, or hire a coach who's good but not willing to be controlled 24/7, there won't be an effective coach there or a Superbowl caliber team again.
