I just need to brag a bit on our community, Elk Falls Ranch. We had our second Firewise Community Work Day today, doing some fire mitigation on a property of some folks who needed some help getting it done. We took down some trees that were too close to the house, limbed a bunch, brought down a bunch of dead Aspen, and in general had a great time - neighbors helping neighbors!
A bit thank you to our organizers Kevin and Mike and Marie, and to all the volunteers who helped! This is truly what community is supposed to be about!
