Trying to Upgrade MS office

Help!

I just received an upgrade disc from our organization to upgrade my MS Office so that I can read our tag database, etc. (I volunteer for EAPL) I currently have MS Office 2003 Pro on my system and they sent me MS office Family 2010 and when I load the disc it tells me it is not compatiable. I have tried uninstalling my MS 2003 and then loading the new pack but that didn't work.

Is there anyone out there that would have the time to call me and see if or what might be the problem? Thanks bounders - 303 838 7068

I would contact the people who gave you the disc... sounds like you can't upgrade 'pro' to 'family' - perhaps they can give you a different upgrade disc.

How old is your system, and what version of windows are you running?

these are the requirements for office 2010

Windows 7, Vista with SP1, XP (must have SP3) (32-bit), Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003 R2 with MSXML 6.0 (32-bit Office only), or later 32- or 64-bit OS
