Dogs - swimming

Hi all,

Anyone know of somewhere in the Pine, Conifer, Bailey area that is kind of secluded where you are allowed to take your dog swimming? We adopted a lab/malamute mix last year from Intermountain Humane named Angus, 7 years old and HUGE LOL ...we took him to the ponds that are back on Parker where we were licensed to fish, not the best place to take him but we wanted to see if he swam...after a lot of coaching he finally got in and there was no stopping him!! Im looking for a good place to take him where we wont get into trouble but also not too crowded. Any ideas anyone?

Rosie

The lab part must be dominant, my malamutes think swimming is laying down in the stream. If you know anyone in will-o-wisp, they have a great pond

Not sure about up here but I've heard down at Chatfield is a great dog beach.
Great shot of Rosie, by the way!
