What does "called-out" mean?

I commented to a few stories yesterday. I was "called-out" on my comment. What does that mean? Do I need to do anything?

On the Forbes blog a called out comment will appear without the viewer hitting “see all comments”. It is up to the blogger to call out a comment on the blog. I personally try to call out all comments that are germane and not abusive so that visitors to the blog can see them.

Basically, it's a filter to show the best comments that deal with the subject without having to read ALL the comments.

Or in the case of a western comment "I'm calling you out"
