Shaffers Crossing Rezoning - Public Hearing

15 Jan 2011 17:16 #1 by Sapp
I attended the pre-hearing a few months back related to the rezoning of property near Shaffers Crossing. It was well attended to say the least.

Since there seems to be considerable interest in this project, I thought I would post the Public Hearing announcement for those who might be interested in attending.

The announcement is at:

I'm just "the messenger" and only know what is in the announcement.

Now he wants that for camping as well? Oh hell no. The damn HOA doesn't allow for tents in our yards, why in hell would we want it next door?

Mr Sapp.
What on earth are you guys up to with all these zoning changes. Mixed use for Bailey. Changes here.
People are having a tough enough time making a living without the county butting in and restricting them even more.

there is a campground like this in nebraska, and we saw it and thought newspaper headlines "family found mutilated in their ten at roadside campground".
