Fairplay, CO - A Colorado man received a mere 90 days in jail and 48 hours of community service after severely neglecting a kennel of sled dogs - the meager punishment was doled out to Sam Walker on Monday for grievous animal abuse.
Walker faced a judge on Monday for a horrific discovery made at his Hartsel property in late 2009. An anonymous tip had led authorities to Walker's property where over 100 severely neglected and starving dogs were found.
