Dr. Mike here, its good to be with friends again. I am master Life Coach and counselor. I work with professional athletes, doc's and lawyers. I enjoy helping those in need. PM for website..looking forward to getting back into the grove. Blessings!

I can remember having that wonderful condition, I used lots of stretching. Bob Anderson has a great book for that kind of stretching and that injury. I was so thankful that I was a running back, I even hated stretching in college. If you really want some help PM me and we can talk, will be glad to help you out!

Thanks.. it's a real pain in the knee.. All I want to do is run... w/out pain! I hate all this icing, stretching, strengthening crap!! I met with a PT and all the "exercises" don't help much. I will check out the book.
