These maps are updated daily during the fire season by Wildland Fire Assessment System (WFAS-MAPS), located at the USDA Forest Service Rocky Mountain Research Station in Missoula, Montana.

Keep in mind, the maps on this OP change automatically. And Live Fire Danger Forecast Map is at the very top of the Fire Scanner Forum.

Thanks for the info.
Would you mind posting the CORRECT phone number to report a-holes throwing smokes out their windows on the highway. It's really a pain and takes a long time going the way I did. I'll add it to my cell and pull over and call right away.
