How come everytime I go to 9news.com someone is getting run over by a car? Just the other day I read a little girl got run over and today I read that some man in Aurora got run over while walking on the sidewalk. Lately it just seems out of control. Should we bring back drivers ed? What do you think is the cause? Texting? I will also say I was in downtown Denver recently and some of the peds are very bold. Crossing the street when they shouldn't and not crossing in the crosswalk. Just seeing if anyone else has noticed this recent onslaught of hit and runs.
Local news goes for the sensational. It just keeps getting worse. It probably is not too much different than ever. I know the hit and run laws need to be revised but local media as usual is my guess.
