IMHS Is Here For Wildfire Victims

Hello Everyone-

Today we took in 2 Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever pups who lost their home in the wildfire. Sadly, despite our offer to hold them temporarily until the family can get back on their feet, in this case, that was not an option. See pictures of Frank and Frannie below... a potential adopter is here now and we are hoping that at least one of these little guys will have a new loving home by this evening.

Sweet Frank came to us injured and our medical team is tending to him at this moment.

If you are a victim of this wildfire crisis and need help for your animals or know someone who does, we are here to help. For emergencies, call IMHS at 303-838-2668 or visit us any day of the week from 8am - 4pm. If you need arrangements for us to help you after-hours, let us know and we can be available. We have a network of volunteers, foster families, and friends of the shelter who are available to house animals in this time of crisis.

Thanks for all the amazing help IMHS has provided this week. I have to think those two cutie pups will have new homes in no time.

Frannie has found a new home already. She will have another lab to play with and teach her manners. Frank has been checked out and just needs to rest his leg for a bit.
