Shelter needs week of 4/16, & pics of the week!

Hello Everyone!

16 April adoptions so far, and counting!

This week the IMHS shelter is in need of:

- canned puppy food

- dry and canned kitten food

- rubbing alcohol

- bleach

- 1st class postage stamps

- more toothbrushes (for cat enrichment!)

Our pics of the week feature:

Streusel, a lovely and affectionate 3-yr old torti-point Siamese cat with a truly delightful personality. Streusel's got it all- beauty and charm! Come meet her in person as photos can't do justice to her gorgeous markings...her litterbox habits are perfect and she needs a forever home!

and.... Sunny, a 7 yr old Golden Retriever mix, whose name describes her personality...to know her is to love her. She needs a great forever home with someone who will enjoy brisk walks, a little playtime, and just hanging out. She loves other dogs and is active but not over-active...a perfect goldie!

We are also accepting donations of old printer ink cartridges, and old cell phones, in addition to aluminum cans! If you got an old cell or a used-up ink cartridge, please run 'em by & we'll cash them in to help care for the animals!

Bernard reports we urgently need wood stove pellets (we use these for cat litter!) if anyone can pick some up for the shelter. A GIANT bag is only $4.99 at the Pine Country Feed Store...thank you! - M
