FOUND Australian cattle dog/blue heeler

UPDATE 8/16: THIS DOG IS NOW BWO.

We performed field rescue of this dog around 9.30am today, and she's safe and sound at IMHS for now:

senior F cattle dog, blue merle, brown leather collar. No tags, no chip. PLEASE come get her if she's yours...she wants to be home:
