...and he needs a new HOME! Giant brown tabby cat Kris Kringle is as loveable as they come. He's made fast friends with his pals and IMHS, and they have holiday wishes to share with you:
Kris dreams of visions of sugarplums, and a cozy new home to call his own (with bird feeders to view from every window, please!)...
Kemper, whose holiday nickname is Figgy Pudding, wishes to ring in the New Year with a New Family and a spot by the fireplace....
Cool pup Remi longs for play time in the snow, with an active human family and maybe a few dog pals, too...
Shannon dreams of a bed to curl up in, and a human to brush her gorgeous coat and lavish her with affection (and she'll return the love a hundred times over!!)...
Star doesn't believe for one second that big dogs are more popular than little ones in the Foothills (please, someone keep hope alive and ADOPT little Star!)...
We're baffled as to how a great, fun-loving sweetheart of a dog like Chico has been in a shelter for 8 months. Chico wants to ditch kennel life and spend the holidays in a forever home with a loving, active family....
No one wants a couch for Christmas more than Brady...
These are just a few of the wonderful animals at IMHS waiting for homes- we're open every day except Christmas so swing by if you can to meet the animals, adopt, or tell others about these little guys in need of homes.
Can't adopt but want to give a gift to the animals? Donations are accepted 7am - 4pm daily.
Items we MOST need this month for the shelter include:
- raw hides! They keep the dogs happy on bitter cold "indoor" days
- black oil sunflower seeds, for the bird feeders, i.e. "cat TV"
- baby food- chicken, turkey, or beef flavor please!
- bleach
- rubber gloves (the kind you clean your kitchen with)
All shopped out? Cash donations help
tremendously towards supporting all IMHS programs and services, and the animals in our care. YOU can help us help MORE animals in 2013 than ever before by giving a tax-deductible donation online at IMHS.org or mail to PO Box 1250, Conifer, CO 80433.
From our hearts, thank you for your compassion and your support!
