Thai and Vietnamese food coming to Pine Junction!

We visited the Panda Garden today at Pine Junction. The owner told us they plan to work with a Denver restaurant, Thai Basil (6 locations plus one in Colorado Springs), to bring Thai and Vietnamese food up here.

While the place is currently up for sale, it sounds like that won't happen once the new food is added, which should be in the next month or so.

We were told the menu and prices should be somewhat similar to Thai Basil's...

I'm excited love noodle bowls we get them in Evergreen hope they are as good.
