I am totally stoked about this: there's a new meat and butcher shop that's going to open in Evergreen in March! It's called Salt and Meat, and you can follow them on Facebook and Instagram .

Founded by chef Nathan Heartman, with Colin Kerr and his wife Britta, Salt & Meat Butchery intends to bring fine meats and goods to the heart of downtown Evergreen. With products ranging from in house dry aged meats and locally sourced wild game to homemade cured meats and cheeses, Salt & Meat is sure to cure your desire for a good piece of meat. We will offer a wide range of products including deli sandwiches, homemade pickled vegetables, and pre-marinated meats. We look forward to serving the community of Evergreen and becoming your one stop shop for a special meal.
