Castles and Kitchens’ 3- hour hands- on classes are hosted by both Tom Becker and Francesca Arniotes. Each Friday and Saturday, you and the other guests will enjoy 3 or 4 dishes which highlight fun techniques, elegant appetizers and main dishes, or exotic tastes of world cuisine and some nice wines and mineral waters. And if you’re serious about learning the basics, their new 2-hour Thursday Techniques classes focus on a particular cooking skill each week, and also include nutrition, shopping smart, and your pantry.
Tom and Fran each take a different approach to cooking, so the evenings are informative and entertaining.
