Castles and Kitchens’ 3- hour hands- on classes are hosted by both Tom Becker and Francesca Arniotes. Each Friday and Saturday, you and the other guests will enjoy 3 or 4 dishes which highlight fun techniques, elegant appetizers and main dishes, or exotic tastes of world cuisine and some nice wines and mineral waters.
