A young rookie had the race won and hits the wall in the final turn. OMG. And in the national guard car for memorial day. Grrr....

I saw that too, 22 yr. old kid choked on the last lap. He had a decent lead, and should have slowed a bit around the ding dong lapped driver. These cars run almost flat out 220 mph all the way around!

I read next year chevy is entering an engine for the Indy cars. Turbo V6. All current Indy cars are Honda V-8s since 2006.

The last lap? Just the last turn. He has to be devastated.

Yeah it was the last turn. And I think the lapped driver in the way was coming out of the pits too, stupid. But the rookie got a 2nd, and some good experience.
