Until they pick up a really good goalie, I do not believe they are serious.
So, have you noticed less people in the seats? I really miss having a great team. When the Avs first came to town I was mad about it because I loved our minor league team. We could go to the games for about $10 for 3-4 people. The only thing that made it worth it to have the higher prices, was that we had a good team and won or at least made the playoffs. Now it is not worth it IMO. Pierre Lacroix not being involved, I think, is alot of the reason they just suck now. Minor league is great.
Seats were pretty empty last year if it wasn't family night.
DU games are fun and not to expensive you might want to look into those.
My company did Grizzly nights all the time it cost us $15.00 plus whatever we ate and the drinks well that was higher many times we got a hotel in town if was a weekend.
We still watched it, Dad is from Boston so we went that way.
Heard that Evergreen Lake might have more organized hockey this year so that could be fun. Hot chocolate and whatever, maybe a few snow flakes and I'm set.
Agree, but when we head to the games in town we try to get a yummy meal before.
I will say that that is what I miss most about town, so many varieties of food. But... won't go back, just saw Moma deer and little baby run through the property and baby was way cute.
