Faces Of The Franchise?

I was at restaurant and saw a mural of who they thought were the four faces of Colorado's franchise. Who would you nominate?

Elway for the Broncos is a given, also Joe Sakic for the Avalanche, and Todd Helton for the Rockies. Who for the Nuggets?

The mural was a little dated and had Elway, Sakic, Dan Issel & Larry Walker.

And would the next generation pick Tulo over Helton? And I wonder if anyone will replace Elway?

They cared enough to paint a large mural of caricatures on a restaurant wall.

I immediately thought of Dan Issel for the Nuggets. A little old-school...but it works.
