Where did you get this info? I have not seen anything that indicates they are taking the record away from Manning. They agreed with Phillips that the officials were wrong to call it a touchdown, but they are not taking the record away.
OK, it is a half measure from the league. It will officially stay on the books, and looks like the Broncos and Manning will finish with 55, a record, and also a record in passing yards. Congrats to the team, they are fun to watch. Especially when they are beating up on the Raiders.
