It would have been 10 million against the salary cap and 1 million if he was still with the team in April. Hopefully he can find work elsewhere but I think he is just too slow and fragile at this point. He was a great trade for Portis

As a long time Bronco fan I have to admit that I really don't want to see Champ go but given his injury this season and his age, it's probably time for Champ to go find something else to do for a living. Maybe we'll see him on ESPN or one of the other networks commenting on football.
