On Tuesday, Champ Bailey’s agent Jack Reale announced that the 12-time Pro Bowl cornerback plans to retire to pursue “other opportunities.”
Bailey, 36, who played 15 seasons in the NFL and spent 10 of them with the Broncos, and is widely regarded as one of the best cornerbacks to play the game.
After news broke of Bailey’s retirement, many current and former players, as well as others associated with the NFL, weighed in on his legacy.

One of Mike Shanahan's better trades and Mr. Bailey seems like a stand up individual. I wish him the best. Wonder if he wants to coach, I think he would be a great motivator as a position coach.
