Recall, McElwain was doing very well at CSU when Florida came along with the big money. He was named MWC coach of the year 12/2/14, became the Florida coach 12/4/14.
Unfortunately,in college football, the players cannot follow the money as the coaches can.
This ex-coach still owes CSU one million dollars. Hope he saved his money. His new team is going to try to get their money back saying he defamed the university and set them up for lawsuits about not protecting him from threats made against the coach and team members.
