Broncos, Cincy, Cleveland, and five other teams are looking for new head coaches. Really surprised Marvin Lewis kept his job for so long with an 0-7 record in the playoffs. There have been a couple of predictions than the Broncos Vance Joseph will get a job replacing Marvin Lewis or being a coordinator for the team. Wonder who the Broncos will wind up with? Whoever it is, it is going to take time to rebuild this subpar program. From Super Bowl champs to trash in just a few seasons. Some speculate that John Elway will have a tough time attracting top coaches to a depleted organization like the Broncos without a strong owner.
