It will have a roof that opens and will be funded by the Walton Penner Group. Built on the old location of the Burnham Railroad Yards. It might help revitalize a long suffering downtown Denver. Plans include an entire entertainment complex and hotels to turn Bronco GameDays into a three day weekend.
Currently transit into and out of the site will be difficult inspiring Bronco fans to come in days early and overnight.
With the removable roof, the new facility can also host Super Bowls and Final Four finals.
