They missed all the high altitude teams and the Red Wings. When you go to detroit they have years of history on the walls and it is intimidating. Dome teams too. Seattle?? Are you kidding me? Not since the King dome.

Philly would be tough to play at, and sometimes Philly fan ar ewilling to attack their own teams.
Denver Broncos used to have a great home field but the new stadium replaced all the hard core fans with chablis drinkers.
And the Denver Nuggets under Doug Moe kept a fast paced game to exhaust their downstream opponents, but Karl & Carmelo don't like to play that way.

Remember when The broncos got dog bones thrown at them in the dog pound?

I got in a fight with two drunk guys in the south stands once at old mile high. LOL and sorry but high altitude is intimidating.
You gotta love moe. I was friends with his son.
