It really is sad to see how many supposedly normal adults have got so much invested in the deeds and achievements of a bunch of overpaid millionaires. Bitch about CEOs bonuses, but never about a how much a bunch of under achievers in football uniforms get paid. And then try and hang the blame on one individual. Pathetic. Professional sports is pathetic and those who emotionally invest in it are even more pathetic.

Teddy I really hope your day improved since this morning! :)

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

I agree. College sports is not far behind either.

I enjoy the entertainment at times, but try to avoid the emotional investment and rarely attend the overpriced stadium events.

But Hoody boy had to go, I thought dumping Shanny was a mistake from the start.

By the looks of the game against the Cardinals, Josh did a great job relatively speaking.

Broncos look less than pathetic. I
d give Orton one more seies in the second half and if he does not get them into the end zone, i'd give our rookie QB a shot.

I hope they do. But they are down by only 2 TD's so they may not.
